I'm giving this a 5 star all around because it's a great item. I love how it looks and turned out just as described. One complaint…how it was shipped. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic, no box. The metal where the wine bottles go were bent in transit. If it was wrapped in a box, it don't believe that would have been an issue.
