Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free and insured on all orders delivered to the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and addresses outside the U.S. is priced separately, so call (832) 933-8787 for a quote before you order.

How soon will my order ship?

The majority of our items are in stock, and in-stock orders ship within 5 business days.

How long does delivery take, and who delivers it?

Once your order ships, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on where you are located. We ship with UPS Ground or TForce Freight, depending on the order size. Larger orders, such as furniture sets, are delivered by appointment.

Can I pick up my order in Houston?

Yes. Houston customers can pick up their orders by appointment, and we also deliver anywhere in Houston. Call (832) 933-8787 to make an appointment.

Can I see the furniture in person before I buy?

In-person viewing isn't available. Each product page has photos, dimensions and live stock. Call (832) 933-8787 with any questions before you order.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or order cancellations.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Let us know within 3 days of delivery and we will send you a free replacement. Email us at mass@obarrel.com or call (832) 933-8787, with photos if possible. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

When should I order for Christmas?

Please order your Christmas gifts by December 10.

What is the furniture made from?

All pieces are made by hand from solid oak Bordeaux-type Wine Barrels and are finished with spar varnish for protection.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Not really. Each barrel is unique, so color, texture, grain and finish vary from barrel to barrel, and the sizes on each product page are approximate, usually within 5 to 10 percent.

How can I pay, and do you charge sales tax?

You can pay by card, Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay at checkout. Shop Pay installments let you split the cost into payments. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipped outside Texas.
